Merge PDF

Bring several PDFs into one document. Check the page previews, adjust their order, and create a new PDF in your browser.

PDF files are processed in your browser, without being uploaded to a server.
HOW IT WORKS

How to merge

Combine a report and its appendices, several handouts, or other related PDFs into a single file. Page previews help you check the reading order instead of relying on file names. The PDF files and their names are not sent to a server for editing.

01

Choose the PDFs

Select up to 20 PDFs from your device. Each file must be no larger than 25MB, with a combined size of up to 50MB and no more than 200 pages in total.

02

Check the page order

Look through the first and last pages of each document. Rearrange pages so the cover, main content, and supporting material appear in the order you want.

03

Download the combined file

Review the final order and download a new PDF. Your source files are not overwritten by the editor. Open the downloaded file to check the page count and orientation before sharing it.

Make related documents easier to read

Several separate attachments can leave readers guessing where to start. Put a cover first, follow it with the main document, and place reference material at the end. PDFs with different page sizes can be combined, but this tool does not make their dimensions or margins uniform.

Check documents with special features

The editor copies page content into a new document. Encrypted PDFs and PDFs with form fields are not supported. Preservation of bookmarks, internal links, embedded attachments, and digital signature validity is not guaranteed. Keep the originals and compare the result when these features matter.

Keep the editing tab open

Processing uses your current browser's memory. Large scanned images can take time even when the document is within the size limits. Closing or reloading the tab before downloading may mean selecting your files again. Save the result before leaving the editor.

A LITTLE HELP

Frequently asked questions

How many files can I merge?+

You can select up to 20 PDFs. Each file must be 25MB or smaller, all selected files must total 50MB or less, and the combined page count must not exceed 200. A device with limited memory may fail to process a smaller document.

Will my original files change?+

No. The browser reads your selected files and creates a new PDF. The originals remain on your device. When saving, check that you do not manually replace an existing file with the same name.

Can I merge scanned PDFs?+

Yes, if they are ordinary PDFs without encryption or form fields. Scanned pages remain images. This tool does not perform OCR or turn text inside images into searchable text.

Can the PDFs have different page sizes?+

Yes. Pages retain their original dimensions. An A4 report and a small receipt can share the same output file. Use your PDF viewer's print settings if you need to fit them to a common paper size.

What about passwords and digital signatures?+

Encrypted PDFs and PDFs with form or digital-signature fields are not supported. Creating a new PDF does not preserve the validity of an existing digital signature. Use an ordinary copy you are authorized to edit, and keep any signed original separately.
